Eligibility
SipSense AI Pro subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund, contact support@sipsenseai.com with the email address used for your SipSense AI account.
Review Process
Refunds are subject to review and may not apply in cases of:
- Excessive usage of Pro features prior to the refund request
- Abuse of the refund process or repeated refund requests
- Violations of our Terms of Service
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Operator & Billing
SipSense AI is operated by VyBeos. Billing is securely processed by Stripe. SipSense AI does not store your full payment details. For questions about a specific charge, please include your account email when contacting support.
